She is always responsive, timely and proactive without us feeling pressured. She is also honest with her analyses of the pros and cons of the houses. So we have developed good and well-rounded perspectives in our decision-making. She treats her clients as friends and goes beyond the call of her duty to be helpful for her clients. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.

I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see.
