Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
