Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
