Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. The house was handed over very smoothly, and all the paperwork was arranged in a very professional manner.
