Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. On both occasions we have secured the apartments that we wanted- seen some great options and always had faultless communication. From start to finish with each rental Shirley has been diligent, polite, and thorough. We cannot recommend Shirley enough and any tenant would be lucky to be working with her.

I would thoroughly recommend Flo to anyone looking to move in Hong Kong. She has been honest with her guidance, knows the market well and has great attention to detail. She even went the extra mile to assist me in setting up utilities and other items and even introduced me to a few people along the way. Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
