Stephanie took the time the explain the area in detail and was very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had! She showed us places that would work for our family and took her time when showing us around. It was a pleasure to view places with Stephanie and I would not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future.

Heike has done excellent work in helping me rent out my Hong Kong property. She is highly responsive, consistently cooperative, and offers honest and helpful guidance, effectively bridging the communication between tenant and landlord to ensure both parties are satisfied. Her standout strength is her clear and practical communication—she quickly understands the issues and provides sensible, easy-to-execute recommendations. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
