With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family.
