We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. Tommy was genuine and honest throughout the process. He understood what we were looking for and was very trustworthy, very different from some of the other agents we dealt with.
