Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.

Cherie is an amazing agent. She enquired about my requirements, was patient right from the start and was exceedingly selective in showing me the right listings that matched my requirements. Cherie did not push the transaction even though it was quite clear I had a strong preference for one of the apartments she showed me; instead, she expressed openness to consider the pros and cons with me and helped me settle my choice. Cherie is kind, well-spoken and understands the area well. Finally, the paperwork was prepared and presented in a timely manner; it was accurate and all of the formalities were completed promptly. Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
