We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. Flo is not your average agent. She's fast, sharp, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I first met her when she came to show my apartment to her client. I immediately noticed how she was unlike any of the other agents I had worked with - she asked the right questions, noted the right good and bad characteristics of my apartment, etc. A few days later, I asked her to help with my own search. She is by far the best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong. I highly recommend her.

I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date.
