I’ve known Sayaka since last November 2019 when I’ve arrived in Hong Kong, having work with her in my search for accommodation. She’s always demonstrated responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. When I’ve explained my needs she was always very attentive and keen to search for the best option based in my needs. Every time I have requested any information or communication required with my current Landlord she is been extremely responsive and delivering a solution in no time.

Thanks to her guidance, patience, tenacity, and consummate professionalism, I was able to secure the MOST beautiful apartment in all off Hong Kong!! She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She went so above and beyond. Her work effort is unparalleled. You have an incredible colleague in Joanne Cheung. I work with hundreds of professionals globally. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special. I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such. We surely wouldn't have been able to do it in such an easy and timely fashion without her help, so we would like to give thanks to her and to OKAY for the OKAY services.
