Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We have yet to encounter such dedication to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We highly recommend and commend her for her tireless work. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

Flo was very professional and so easy to work with. She was very efficient and always took into consideration everything I wanted as a customer. She remembers the small details, which is much appreciated! Finding an apartment that I liked was stress free and we managed to find one much quicker than I anticipated because I am quite picky.
