Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such. We surely wouldn't have been able to do it in such an easy and timely fashion without her help, so we would like to give thanks to her and to OKAY for the OKAY services. It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.

Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.
