It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.

She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units.
