Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

From the beginning to completion, Shirley has provided excellent service. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away!
