Lower Baguio (Phase 1, 2, 3 and 6) sits relatively lower on the mountain and includes Blocks 16 to 18 as well as 28 to 48. Each block has one or two units on each floor with saleable areas ranging from 1,241 to 2,488 sq.ft. designed in three- or four-bedroom units, all with verandas.
