All unit layouts here contain four units on each floor with sizes ranging from 906 to 1,363 sq.ft., most flats also have verandas. Lower Baguio (Phase 1, 2, 3 and 6) sits relatively lower on the mountain and includes Blocks 16 to 18 as well as 28 to 48. Each block has one or two units on each floor with saleable areas ranging from 1,241 to 2,488 sq.ft. designed in three- or four-bedroom units, all with verandas.

The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good.
