The saleable area is 1,304 sq.ft. with three bedrooms and one ensuite. Each unit is designed with a semi-circular shaped balcony. The 1/F is the garden platform, which links together all the blocks, covering an area of approximately 46,000 sq.ft. The facilities here include a 24-meter swimming pool, a fitness room, and a banquet room. The car park is located on the G/F.
