Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move.
