Rosie was a delight to work with. As newcomers to Hong Kong, we appreciated how attentively she listened to our housing needs and presented us with well-matched options. Colin is responsive, pragmatic and took the time to show us like for like apartments. Colin is also consultative to navigate us through a complex tenancy renewal.

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
