You were very punctual, professional, polite and helpful! You closed the deal even with our special conditions(pregnancy, late start rental date etc.) I am sure you have put a lot of hard work to make this contract possible! We were introduced to Chris by a mutual friend and he has delivered everything we had hoped to have when looking for our first apartment in HK. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
