I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. We worked with Stephanie to buy a village house in Clearwater Bay. We found her to be an amazing agent, the best we have ever dealt with. Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment.
