Aegean Coast - Block 8 愛琴海岸 - 8座

Apartment hunting is not my idea of a great time, but Jayde was extremely efficient, helpful, and enthusiastic which made the experience quite stress-free and even enjoyable. Jayde understood precisely what kind of apartment I was looking for and provided a number of options - all of which met my specifications. Once I decided on my apartment, Jayde helped ensure the entire handover process was accurate and thorough. I would certainly recommend Jayde and OKAY.com to anyone searching for an apartment in Hong Kong.

Flo is not your average agent. She's fast, sharp, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I first met her when she came to show my apartment to her client. I immediately noticed how she was unlike any of the other agents I had worked with - she asked the right questions, noted the right good and bad characteristics of my apartment, etc. A few days later, I asked her to help with my own search. She is by far the best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong. I highly recommend her.

Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in. We are more than happy to recommend Rosa (and already have!) to those seeking to find a good home for themselves and their family.
