Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). This made our move to Hong Kong very smooth and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering moving to Hong Kong! 

He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.
