We were so fortunate to find Shirley as our realtor! When we started our apartment hunt, we were new to Hong Kong. Shirley has been extremely helpful to assist us to research our home on the South Side. We encountered a difficult situation that our Landlord wished to renovate the building and we have to leave our premises for a few months. Despite the difficulties to search for a short lease, Shirley has been extremely diligent to assist us. I am sure will introduce her to my friends for home searching.

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point.
