We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. Rosa is truly an expert in her field, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home that truly fits their personal preferences and needs, rather than just settling for what is available on the market.

I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional. Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
