Bijou Hamlet - Block 30 璧如臺 - 30座

I am so thankful for Sonam and how she helped us find the apartment of our dreams. She was very professional and patient, we weren’t easy clients to please and she has been going around with us for almost 3 months. When it came to getting the best deal, she did not disappoint. Even after signing the contract and moved in, she still checked how everything is, if there is anything else she can help with. I couldn’t possibly recommend her more if you are looking for a new place. Thank you so much Sonam!

Sonam is a true professional who actually cares about her clients. It is not just a job for her, she takes a personal interest, as if the property is her own and ensures that the client gets what they want. For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a reliable and professional property agent.

Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. The whole process was very smooth for an international move and am grateful for Kiara’s hard work and help. I would definitely work with Kiara again in the future.
