Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place.
