Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance.
