Shirley has taken care of my rental matters for many years. Her meticulous and thoughtful service left a deep impression on me. After fully understanding my requirements, she carefully sorted out the potential houses and arranged the viewing plan and itinerary so that I could find the house I wanted in the shortest possible time. She was also able to communicate effectively with the landlords and arranged the agreement sign off quickly so that we could move in as early as possible. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.
