Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour.
