She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view! The process of working with her starts with finding the right tenant. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK).
