This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Third time lucky!! i am not sure if I could have found anyone else to be this patient as an agent in HK. Thank you Andrea. I am really enjoying my stay in the new place. Having just moved to Hong Kong, navigating the rental property market was daunting but Tammy made it so much easier. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment.
