She was AMAZING! She listened to what we wanted and understood our non-negotiables. She showed us a variety of different properties and was really useful at pointing things out and askjng questions while we were looking around. Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with.
