Dawson was a very efficient, professional and organised agent. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, I was able to find a great flat within two days of my arrival in Hong Kong! He was very quick to arrange a viewing for flats that I screened, and also gave me detailed overview of surrounding area. He could judge and give me feedback on flats which we have reviewed based on my requirements. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a house search in Hong Kong.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Alan is a true professional and really went the extra mile to help us out. Next time we are looking for a tough to find space, we will definitely consult Alan first.
