Elsa was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Consequently, we did not waste any time and all the flats that Elsa picked for me were viable options. I enjoyed my time with Elsa and she was helpful, honest, and direct about the whole process. Elsa was also a strong advocate for me and made sure to obtain full and complete information about the flat prior to my signing the Tenancy Agreement. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong.
