Flo has been an absolute a pleasure to work with. She ensured we only saw relevant apartments that met our criteria and always exhibited the utmost patience and wore a cheerful smile! And it didn’t stop once we found a place. Flo continued to help with additional items to do with the move (movers, utilities and more). Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. She also has very good interpersonal skills. I can’t thank Dorothy enough and strongly recommend her.
