I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021. Every since first contact, Dorothy has been checking in on a regular basis to see how she could assist in our search for an apartment. What we really appreciate with Dorothy is that she is very personable and she really listened to our needs. In addition she was very organised and explained every step in a very diligent and transparent manner. If and when we move again, we will definitely use Dorothy for her services again.

The recent property search in Stanley was the 3rd one that I have asked Max to help out on. She is always quick to understand requirements and ensures that time is not wasted by finding relevant apartments. She’s great to interact with on email, phone & WA fitting in between busy schedules and making it as easy a process as possible. She’s very knowledgeable of the areas, quick to recommend types of apartments to suit the family. Always energetic and positive, she’s a pleasure to spend time with which is an added bonus! I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods.
