There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

A quick note to say thank you for the help in our recent letting in Tai Hang, your assistance, professionalism, delivery, and directional advise with this rental was AAA+. There was not a query or question on the many steps or the best way to approach these that you could not assist with. We will no doubt be in contact for more advice but to this stage your services were second to none and helped our family find the perfect spot in record time. Jane was always available to take my calls and to accompany me on inspections at my convenience. We looked at a number of flats and I was thankful for Jane's great advice and knowledge of the market. She did a stellar job in negotiating a great rent for me.
