Working with Jayde was more than wonderful, as she fully understood both the tenant's and owner's needs without having to ask too many questions. On top of her professional attitude, she is also honest and willing to assist. We are very happy with the tenants she found us and immediately welcomed them as friends. Elsa was also a strong advocate for me and made sure to obtain full and complete information about the flat prior to my signing the Tenancy Agreement. Carment is very attentive, polite and thoughtful. His following up work is excellent and professional. It's only a pity that I couldn't use his service and it's only a timing issue. He certainly helped me a lot and thank you for his service!
