Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. We are delighted with what Max found us and that she negotiated the price down to our budget - something she was confident she could do before she showed us the place. The second aspect to a good property agent is the whether the search and decision process is efficient, speedy, focused on relevant properties, with a wide variety of choices, all within budget and meeting key criteria. Max worked with all four of our family - including two teenagers - so that in the short time available, we got a good idea of the choices we had. In the end we were left with two places so attractive that our problem was losing the attractions of one for another even better. Max also handled the admin., transfers and handover as smoothly as you like.
