Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

Flo is incredibly patient, enthusiastic and professional. Her good sense of humor makes every flat viewing a fun adventure. I would unreservedly recommend Flo to anyone looking for a home. Can't wait to see the market come down so I can work with her all over again!

We have our flat up for sale for quite a while until Shirley came to help. She managed to close out the deal efficiently and at a reasonably good price to our satisfaction. I trust she is an ideal agent anyone would want to have her service in the property market.
