She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets.
