We moved to HK in early April and with new work, children's admissions and finding a new apartment in a short time frame it was all turning out to be a great challenge. We worked with a handful of agents but when we met Don it was a very different interaction. Don was much more structured and clear in his communications and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. Don was very professional in managing our rent discussions as well as tending to smaller items regarding the condition of the apartment. He gave excellent advice on general practice throughout the process and has been a continuous source of assistance even after we moved in.

Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
