Villa Esplanada 灝景灣

I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. My time was also limited as I needed to find a property in a very short period of time. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

Nina showed us several potential places upon our first exploratory trip to Discovery Bay, quickly learning what we, as newbies to Hong Kong, found important in a potential apartment. In the 6-month period between our visit and effective move, Nina informed us on all available premises that met our standards - with each proposition being a real potential hit. As we have two young children we were unable to fly back out to HK to sign the rental contract but Nina helped us through all the formalities while we were on the other side of the world - including a real-time video tour for our final selection. When arriving in Discovery Bay, we had more assistance than one could imagine, the water, gas and electricity were arranged, and Nina was awaiting us with her super golf cart to help us get our luggage to the apartment. Even today, 4 months later, Nina is still there for us in case there are any issues. She has been a real force that takes the headache out of moving.
