This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

Es ist Heike gelungen, für unseren insgesamt 4-tägigen Aufenthalt - sage und schreibe - 24 Wohnungsbesichtigungstermine zu vereinbaren. Dabei entsprachen fast alle Wohnungen von der Ausstattung her vollständig unseren Wünschen und den externen Vorgaben. Heike hat ein sehr gutes Gefühl für die Wünsche und Ansprüche ihrer Kunden und bringt viel Verständnis für „Sonderwünsche“ auf. Während der Wohnungsbesichtigungen hat sie uns viele objektive Argumente für oder gegen jede Wohnung genannt und wichtige Informationen zu den Wohngegenden gegeben. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass sie uns zur Anmietung einer Wohnung drängt. Wir sind Heike für ihre sehr kompetente Wohnungsvermittlung und ihre vielen wertvollen Ratschläge sehr, sehr dankbar und können Sie jedem – insbesondere deutschen -Wohnungssuchenden in Hongkong wärmstens empfehlen.
