Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We have yet to encounter such dedication to ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. We highly recommend and commend her for her tireless work. Thank you Joanne for finding, not only an apartment but our new home.

I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude to Kim for helping us find a permanent apartment to live in. Her kindness, patience and help over the last 3-4 months has been tremendous and made our relocation experience to Hong Kong a more pleasant experience.

We had a great time working with Shirley on our flat search. She considered our feedback and refined our searches according to what we need instead of trying to push a product to us.
