We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature.
