Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me. When it came time to sign the lease, she was very helpful and thorough. I am very happy in my new flat and have her to thank for that.

By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong.
