I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I strongly recommend working with Amelia: she minimised the stress in the entire process and in addition to being an absolute professional, was very fun and easy to work with.

Jayde was recommended to myself via a personnel friend. She understood my needs from the outset and ensured I secured the most wonderful property in Happy Valley. Her enthusiasm and professionalism, and patience made the process as pain free as possible. She communicates clearly about what needs to be done and has a no nonsense approach for getting the paperwork arranged and executed. We would recommend Jayde and OKAY.com to anyone looking for a new place to live in Hong Kong.

Daniel Sempere Pico
I arrived to Hong Kong without any clear picture of the real estate market here. Daniel was great in giving me some direction as to what to expect. He listened to all of my requirements for an apartment and got me my perfect match in just two weeks time.
I was very busy right after arriving in HK and could not afford to waste my time looking at apartments I wouldn't like anyways. Daniel would send me different apartment listings with clear pictures through email before we went out so at the end of the day I only had to physically go see about 3 apartments before we found the perfect one.
I love my apartment right now as it fits all of my criteria. If you value your time and don't want to waste energy, go to Daniel Sempere.
